DAY26, being the great guys that they are, gave back to the community in Atlanta, GA when they stopped by McNair High School to speak to 11th & 12th grade girls about the very important issue of domestic abuse. Its a very serious topic that needs to be brought out and spoken about.

The young ladies went crazy for The Guys (tears, screaming, etc.), but in the midst of all that, DAY26 stuck to the topic on hand and they also signed autographs for the ladies. If you’d like to know more about this organization, please check out AMansPointOfView.org.

DAY26 is scheduled to perform at the Old Main Music Festival as part of the Spring Festival activities at Mississippi State University. The date is set for March 25th - we already know The Guys are gonna kill it at the show - so they’re def. in for a great show.

Campus Activities Board and Music Maker Productions announced that the R&B group Day26 will perform at this year’s Old Main Music Festival.

Student Association President-elect Blake Jeter said the band got its start on a popular television reality show.

“Day26 is an R&B band that was made famous from MTV’s ‘Making the Band,’” he said. “So, it should be a very popular show that covers different genres and can appeal to our diverse student body.”

I just recieved some very exclusive information from Bad Boy about DAY26’s brand new album!

The new album is titled Forever In A Day and it will be released on April 14th, 2009!

The first single off the album is called Imma Put It On Her which features Diddy and Yung Joc. Expect this album to be pure FIRE! Let the countdown begin.

Finally, it is FEBRUARY 12TH and that means that the best show on TV is back! Another all-new season of Making The Band 4 will kick off tonight on MTV and I can guarantee this season is gonna bring it with the great music, drama, and everything in between. According to DAY 26’s Official Website, The Guys are scheduled to tour in Europe again in February 2009. DAY 26 is scheduled to perform at The Indigo Club. I will post more details as they come out.

DAY 26 recently performed at Pace University for a huge crowed of screaming fans. The Guys performed Got Me Going, S.Y.B.G, CoStar, I Want You Exclusive and a lot more. Thanks to AznShorty for posting these videos. The performances are hella good too. The crowd went bananas for them.

DAY 26’s No Bitchassness European Tour stopped in London, England last night and The Guys performed live at Indig02, a very popular club in London. LovingMe4Me sent in 1of her videos from the concert and kamlie28 sent the second in of DAY 26 performing Don’t Fight The Feeling & Come With Me And In My Bed. The Guys performed and sung they asses off - they put on a hella good show as always!

As if a European Tour wasn’t enough, after they return to the US, DAY 26 is scheduled to appear/perform at the 2008 WPGC For Sisters Only Concert on November 1st, 2008, which features other performers like Soulja Boy, Ludacris, Ryan Leslie, Yung Berg and more. The tickets are $10.00.

One year ago on this very day, 5 guys from across America were chosen to be a part of a 5 member R&B singing group. These 5 guys had fought, danced, sang, ran and worked their way to the top over a 2 month period all leading up to a huge season finale. Sean “Diddy” Combs chose Qwanell Mosely, Michael McCluney, Will Madison Taylor, Robert Curry and Brian Angel to become part of one of the best singing groups in history. These men would later become DAY 26 and release ‘DAY 26′, which debuted at NUMBER 1 on the Billboard charts. DAY 26 has made so many of us all proud and has accomplished so much in a short one year.

Whenever asked the meaning of their group name they would always respond with “Day 26 is the day that changed our lives forever - August 26th, 2007″ and today we celebrate that one-year anniversary!
